PIER is a paranormal investigation team located on the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida. It was founded in May of 2004. We took a break after the loss of our co-founder Cory Harrison, but we have renewed our passions and have relaunched our investigations in his honor.
The team has conducted many investigations with varying and interesting results. Everything from EVP's to full bodied apparitions.
Our team focuses on debunking paranormal claims while using scientific methods and the most current technology. While we do believe in the paranormal, not all locations we investigate can be considered as being haunted. If the occurrence can not be explained after all natural or man made causes are ruled out, a paranormal can be the only explanation. The results have been amazing.
We are Community Paranormal Specialists (CPS) that have the knowledge, information, and procedures in place to assist, help, and resolve issues and problems for our clients.
Disclaimer: This is not an exact science. We use compelling evidence. Activity can increase or decrease before, during, or after an investigation. If nothing is captured the first time going out, if allowed, we will continue to return in order to experience the claims and properly investigate.
We do team up with other investigators as we believe in the advantages of paranormal unity, but we do not stray from our core values and practices during each investigation.

Currently we are looking to do investigations for places believed to be haunted. We have a very professional demeanor and our services our free of charge, however donations are accepted and most appreciated since we are non profit and use our own money to fund this service. We are also available for lectures/presentations, ghost council, events, tabling, consultation, teaching, media and media consultant, working with other teams and more.

Our Mission
To study and research the paranormal of all types while serving the community by investigating and presenting the client answers in order for peace of mind whether the results are paranormal or not. We collaborate with other teams or individuals in related paranormal fields such as UFO, cryptozoology, and more. Devise and test new theories while in the field, and collaborating with others in order to attempt to explain some events that aren't currently explainable.
Our Vision
PIER will be there for the community in time of need or just plain curiosity of what is going on at their residence or place of business. We will research and find answers, para-unity, partnerships with others, as a driving force in the paranormal community. We will volunteer in community events and projects as we raise money for charities.
